Privacy Policy

We collect: name, email, phone, intake answers (goals, equipment, schedule, injuries you choose to share), payment info (processed by Stripe — we do not store card numbers), and check-in messages.

We use it to: build your personalized weekly plan, provide 2 weekly coach check-ins on the website, process your subscription ($39/month), and deliver coaching on the AERA Coaching website.

We share it only with: our website host, Stripe (payments), Google (email/Meet), and the AERA Coaching website. We do not sell your data.

The site and Stripe use cookies for site function and payments.

Your rights: email hello@aeracoaching.com to access, correct, or delete your data.

Terms of Service

Service includes: personalized workout plan updated weekly, two coach check-ins per week on the website, Monday through Friday, delivered on the AERA Coaching website. $39/month.

Not included: optional 15-min Google Meet — $10 per session, booked separately. Not included in the monthly membership.

Billing: $39/month. Billed monthly on your signup anniversary via Stripe. Your rate stays the rate you joined at. Recurring until you cancel. No contract.

Client responsibility: provide accurate info, train safely, report injuries. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness, or concerning symptoms.

No guarantee: results vary. No guaranteed outcomes.

Eligibility: 18+

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Price: $39/month. No contract. Cancel anytime.

Cancel via the Manage Subscription link in your welcome email, or the Manage Subscription button on your account page. Or email hello@aeracoaching.com at least 24 hours before renewal. You keep access until the end of the paid period.

Refunds: no pro-rated refunds for partial months because plans are personalized and delivered weekly.

Optional $10 Google Meets: non-refundable if canceled within 24 hours.

Mistaken charges: email hello@aeracoaching.com within 7 days.
